Alex Gault, Software and Media Entrepreneur

Alex Gault is a software and media entrepreneur with extensive experience launching and managing businesses in Canada and the United States . He has led product development and commercialization for the following media formats and platforms: second screen apps, video apps, gaming apps, interactive websites featuring streamed video, and social media. He has   produced interactive experiences and media  for TimeWarner, ESPN, Intel, SONY, eOne, the Hollywood Reporter, AXS TV, Epitome Pictures, CPAC, Cineplex, Globo TV, Degrassi, Eckhart Tolle, Whole Earth  and other leading media brands.

In 1996 Alex moved from Canada to San Francisco, drawn by the emerging internet revolution. In 2008 he returned to Canada and settled in Calgary.

Alex serves with the following industry associations and foundations as a volunteer:  director of AMPIA, council member of the Alberta Film Advisory Council , trustee for the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI) Foundation, and director of EACH Foundation in San Francisco.
