Tracey Finley is an Emmy Award-winning and four-time Emmy-nominated Television Producer, Director, Writer, and Creator. She has a wide range of experience in production and development working for networks such as The Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), ABC, CBS, FOX, E!, Scripps Networks and Discovery Networks.

Industry professionals, who have worked with Tracey, credit her success to her ambitious nature, hard work and story sensibility. In her career, she has worked on content delving into mental illness, health, wellness, women’s topics, body image, homelessness, and social issues. Her passion lies in telling stories that relate to the human experience, and she has a deep understanding of navigating the inner workings of sensitive subject matter.

Currently, Tracey is working on a documentary series delving into mental illness. COMMITTED (working title), takes an in-depth look at the current state of mental illness in America. Specifically focusing on the disparity between the perception (stigma) and the facts of this debilitating disease. COMMITTED examines how stigma influences diagnosis, treatment, and recovery along with the challenges faced by patients and families living with mental illness as they try and get help from a purposeful but flawed system.

In addition, Finley is the Director of The Carma Foundation (, an organization started by Grammy Nominated singer, songwriter, composer Melky Jean. The Carma Foundation’s mission is to improve the health of poor, vulnerable women and children in Haiti.
